Summary:
The Food Sanitation Specialist is responsible for the oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the food service operation such as inventory, customer service, food preparation, and food safety and sanitation procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSSchedules and assigns daily work assignments to a food service team and oversees the completion of tasksTrains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc.
Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directionsProperly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and proceduresSets up work stations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc.
Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes work stationsServes food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers' needsReplenishes food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levelsMaintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
Adheres to Company safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitationEnsures security of company assetsOther duties and tasks as assigned by managerMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Previous lead or supervisory experience in a related role preferredPrevious food service experience requiredMust be able to obtain food safety certificationMust be able to work independently with limited supervisionDemonstrates excellent customer service skillsRequires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbsMINIMUM HIRING STANDARDSMust be at least 18 years of ageMust have a reliable means of communication (i.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
